Nigiri/Finger Sushi
An extraordinary nigiri sushi formula to attempt !
Nigiri Sushi Recipe INGREDIENTS:
- fish cut
- wasabi
- sushi rice
- soy sauce
Nigiri Sushi Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Cut your preferred fish into reduced down pieces. Put a little wasabi on one side of the fish. Soak your hands with water and spot a little wad of sushi rice in your palm, around 2 tablespoons. Press the fish, wasabi side down, onto the rice. Tenderly hand-shape and shape it into an oval. The rice must be tight to the point of holding a shape, yet free to the point of liquefying in your mouth. Plunge in soy sauce, fish first, not rice. The nigiri sushi formula is ready...enjoy it !
